Registration will take place at the Vines Village on Friday 23rd April 10am to 8pm. The Vines Village offers good food and beverage options if you want to grab a bite of lunch (or just a coffee) while you’re registering. Our friends at Whitehaven Wines will have a full range of their excellent wines available for tasting and purchase (including some wonderful GrapeRide only deals).
Our main parking on the day will be on Vintage Lane at Eastern States Speedway around 1.5km from the event venue accessible from either Old Renwick Rd via Pak Lims Rd or Rapaura Rd).
Those with self-contained campers please email graperide@gomarlborough.nz and put Camper Site in the subject line of your email so we can send information to you. Please note this is for certified self-contained campers only and the site has no facilities for supported camping in tents or vehicles.
Magnum riders, you’ll be starting at 6am on Saturday 24th, all other riders in a sequence from 8.00am to 9.30am depending on your event and projected time. The Kid’s ride will take place at 1.30pm so that parents and caregivers can take part in the event themselves and also accompany their children on the Kid’s ride.
We’ll have a variety of food and drink offerings on site for you including gourmet platters (pre-orders available) from the Vines Village café. Coffee, juices, Whitehaven wines and beer as well as water will be available throughout the day.
There will be some minor changes in the way we conduct the event due to the time of year and our need to maximise social distancing. This shouldn’t impact on your overall enjoyment of the day.
With time ticking by, we strongly suggest that you book into your local bike shop for a bike check to ensure your trusty steed is all set for the big day. There’s nothing worse than being let down by a mechanical failure due to lack of bike maintenance.
